Meet the people behind VOPSAI.

VOPSAI was founded in 2013 by Nick and James, after they saw enterprise clients repeatedly stall on the same problem: automation and AI projects that looked great in a pitch deck but never survived contact with real operations. Nick brought two decades of outsourcing and digital transformation experience from EY, Accenture and Alsbridge; James brought a technology career at Fidelity and over a decade building software automation. Together they set out to build a firm that stays hands-on from discovery through to live support, rather than handing clients off after go-live. Over a decade on, that same principle still shapes how VOPSAI works: a small, specialist team that works directly with enterprise clients, with senior practitioners staying involved throughout.
